The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.
SASSA might be rendering solutions for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a statement, the agency claimed it's alarmed with regard to the large range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The goal in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the higher quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is often a result of the lack of infrastructure sassa status at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office focused on service the area on a regular basis. The provider level produced for intervention experiences a superior inflow of likely beneficiaries, which makes it difficult with the Workplace to attend to all people who check out a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more resources to help the servicing of all shoppers and boost access to Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
